Every machine entering the European Union must comply with safety regulations, and the importer is responsible for it. A false or incomplete CE certificate can hold the machine at customs or leave you without cover in the event of an accident. That is why we check it before you pay.

No. We work on single machines as well as complete lines, and adapt our service to the size of the project.
It mainly depends on two things: whether the machine is standard or custom-built, and the mode of transport. Sea freight from China usually adds several weeks. Our quote includes the full schedule, phase by phase.
The warranty is the manufacturer's, under the terms negotiated and set out in the contract. NIC is your point of contact for managing it, so you never have to deal with the factory directly.
Yes. We can audit them, review the offer and the documentation, negotiate the terms, supervise production and take care of shipping, customs and installation.

Factory audit
We check the manufacturer is who they say they are.
Before you commit, our team visits the facilities: they verify the company's legal documents, its real production capacity, its quality processes and similar machines it has already built. It is the best protection against hidden middlemen and promises that cannot be kept.

Custom manufacturing
If the machine does not exist, we make it exist.
When no standard model fits your process, we develop the equipment with the manufacturer's engineering team from your drawings, samples or requirements. We coordinate drawings, reviews and prototypes until the design is exactly what you need.
